Simple Workouts to Bring the Sweat




Working out is a huge part of my life! Growing up I was heavily involved in sports, soccer was the one that stuck and I went on to play in college my freshman and sophomore year before calling it quits. After I finished playing and got my first full time job while finish up my schooling I felt lost and confused, turns out it was the gym and sweat that was missing for me! So in 2014 I started doing at home workouts after seeing a friend loose a ton of weight and knowing I had some that I wanted to loose as well! Since then I have fallen in love with at home workouts, we have converted our garage into an at home gym and it is my escape place! No joke last year when I was in the lowest place I had ever been I went out there brought the punching bag down and just let it all out, it felt good to sweat, to get my heart rate up and to let every emotion just leave my body! The amount of tears on those mats is more than I want to admit but it really is a happy and safe place for me to go and I am so forever grateful that I trusted myself to start with a simple 21 day program and to watch it bloom to what it is now.


Now I help women all over the US, Canada, UK and France get started with these programs and have take the knowledge that I have from years of working with personal trainers, and the programs I have done to have some fun on Saturday mornings and put my husband and I through some total body circuit training workouts! They are moves that we have come up with together to just mix it up, get the blood pumping and sweat flowing hitting all major muscle groups, and I thought why not share the fun with all of you! Obviously I am not a trainer, these are just some workouts that we created and that when asking on instagram you guys asked for me to share, so please know your body, ask your doctor, pick lighter weights, and use proper form when doing this moves! I am sharing these for anyone who is just looking to mix up their workout routine for a day and wanting something challenging yet fun at the same time!
